Rules for Discipline

  • Every student should regularly carry the school diary with him/ her.
  • The school uniform is to be worn on all the school functions.
  • Children who come to class without the school uniform must bring a note of excuse from their parents or else they will be sent home.
  • Students who come to school by their own transport should arrive at the school before the bell rings.
  • If pupils are late, they will not be allowed to enter the class unless they produce a written note from their parents/ guardians assigning the reason of their being late.
  • The attendance roll will be taken after the assembly. No attendance will be marked to those who come late.
  • No shouting or whistling is allowed in the school.
  • Students should take care of the school properly. They should not write or scratch on desk on desks, chairs, walls or doors of the school, nor should they damage property belonging to others. Any damage done to the school property must be remitted by the offender.
  • Lending or borrowing of money and other articles is not permitted.
  • A student who uses unfair means during any test/ examination, will be given zero in the subject and a warming latter. Repetition of the same will result in dismissal.
  • Students should get their progress report cards signed by their parents/ guardians and return them to the school authorities within two days of receipt.
  • Student and parents may not offer any present or gift to the teachers except with explicit permission of the principal.
  • Students are forbidden to brings crackers, explosive and other dangerous materials to the school.
  • Girls students should not wear ornaments. They are not allowed to apply nail polish and makeup.
  • Parents will apply in written, if children are required home during the school hour
  • No pupil would leave the school premises without the permission of the Principal.
  • No pupil is obliged to take part in singing, physical and cultural classes, games and other school activities
  • Parents/ Guardians are not allowed to see their children or interview the teacher during school hours without the permission of the principal.
  • Pupils are accepted to behave in a courteous and gentle manner on all occasions. They should address their teachers and all members in the staff with respect and politeness. Good moral behavior is the prerequisite of every student. They should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct.
  • Children who are ill, should not be sent to the school to attend classes or take the tests/ examinations. The character are that he / she may be serious and consequently will spoil the record of his/ her performance classes of illness are settled on the basis of the current record in consultation with his/ her teachers and / her previous record.
  • Students participation in co curricular activities after school hours is compulsory parents are to inform in writing. Why they seek exemption form co curricular activities if they so desire.
  • Children should not be entrusted with fees as school authorities are not responsible for loss of money.
  • Pupils must provide themselves with all the necessary books and stationary either before or immediately after the enrolment.
  • Books, note books and other properties (water bottles, Tiffin boxes and school bags) must bear the studentís name.
  • The observation of rules for discipline in the schools and good behavior is an essential condition to a studentís continuance in the school. In case a student violates the school rules or indulges in any form if indiscipline, strict action like expulsion / suspension shall be taken against the student.
